THE CHALLENGE

Our objective was to scale SpeakBubbles from a niche Korean-learning channel into a global brand, building visibility and engagement across both YouTube and Instagram. We wanted to help Bubbles reach worldwide learners while strengthening brand recognition and funnel conversions.

At the time, the brand faced three core hurdles: limited reach despite consistent uploads, stagnant social media engagement, and content that wasn’t fully aligned with the cultural expectations of Korean-language learners globally.
So our challenge was clear: reposition SpeakBubbles with the right strategy, ensure content resonated authentically with global audiences, and create a structured funnel that could transform visibility into long-term growth.

We knew SpeakBubbles had strong expertise and authenticity but lacked the right engine for growth. So we set out to build a full-scale strategy that would amplify visibility, strengthen cultural connection, and transform the brand into a global Korean language learning hub.

We started with deep market immersion, sending a Rohtre Media team to Seoul to experience the culture firsthand and understand the needs of global Korean learners. From there, we developed a structured content calendar and creative strategy that incorporated cultural hooks, storytelling, and engaging formats tailored for YouTube and Instagram.

On social platforms, we used a creator-led approach to highlight authenticity, showing Bubbles not just teaching Korean but connecting through real cultural nuances that resonated globally. This built relatability and ensured learners saw SpeakBubbles as both approachable and authoritative.

Tactically, we optimized traffic flow by turning YouTube and Instagram content into a structured funnel that directed audiences to SpeakBubbles’ website. This maximized time on site, boosted conversions, and created a long-term ecosystem for growth.

We also introduced end-to-end content management, handling everything from ideation to execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and momentum.
